Pro Se, Is it Right For You?

It is unfortunate that through our lives with Our Families, many times there may be an allegation against us when Raising Our Families.

As the keeper of the web files for nfpcar.org and one of the moderators of our Affiliated Discussion Group, going Pro Se has been a Topic of Discussion. Perhaps one of the First Questions one needs to ask themselves is "Can I defend myself without being to emotionally involved??" This is indeed a hard question to answer, since we all know when your family is threatened by an alleged allegation, it is hard not to be emotionally involved.

However, no matter if you seek the council of a lawyer or decide to go Pro Se, you must do your home work and know All the statutes, policies, etc. for your state. In other words, organize your case and then decide if you want to go Pro Se.
