Is BP intentionally avoiding capping the Gulf spill well?

Interesting Article for your Consideration, GranPa Chuck
Dear NaturalNews readers,
I spent the day on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, talking to the locals and conducting interviews with people about the BP oil spill disaster.
I can tell you first-hand that people are enraged over the situation, and nobody down here trusts anything BP is saying anymore.
I filmed several video interviews which we expect to start posting tomorrow.
In the mean time, I learned about a new disturbing theory that says BP isn't actually trying to CAP the oil well in the Gulf. Rather, they appear to be intentionally trying to keep it flowing so they can TAP it and harvest the oil for profit.
Read more about this disturbing revelation in today's feature story:

Again: US Census Robot Comes to My Door

In previous posts I have shared feelings about the US Census being Racial Profiling. Well today I told the lady I am not answering the Simple Form. So to All, here is what I feel is needed.
  • We were a 7 member multigenerational family. My beloved wife passed from earth on her Journey Through Life... And now we are six.
  • My father was Swiss and My mother was Italian... So I guess that makes me a Swiss-Italian
  • My father learned how to Read English from Comic Books.. And successfully owned a Dairy for 35 years.
  • I'm a Native of California... But recently flew, and the check points made me feel like an Alien and NOT a Native Citizen of Swiss/Italian decent.
The laws talk of Privacy.. So I say, that just refers to your name sake... But goodness, me, one now knows the mix of designated Minorities vs Caucasians.

So, if you read this, and whether you have filled out the US Census, please add a note to this. I may need it, if the Feds come after me.

Two more Census workers blow the whistle

John Crudele
You know the old saying: "Everyone loves a charade." Well, it seems that the Census Bureau may be playing games.
Last week, one of the millions of workers hired by Census 2010 to parade around the country counting Americans blew the whistle on some statistical tricks.
The worker, Naomi Cohn, told The Post that she was hired and fired a number of times by Census. Each time she was hired back, it seems, Census was able to report the creation of a new job to the Labor Department.
Below, I have a couple more readers who worked for Census 2010 and have tales to tell.

But first, this much we know.
Each month Census gives Labor a figure on the number of workers it has hired. That figure goes into the closely followed monthly employment report Labor provides. For the past two months the hiring by Census has made up a good portion of the new jobs.
Labor doesn't check the Census hiring figure or whether the jobs are actually new or recycled. It considers a new job to have been created if someone is hired to work at least one hour a month.
One hour! A month! So, if a worker is terminated after only one hour and another is hired in her place, then a second new job can apparently be reported to Labor . (I've been unable to get Census to explain this to me.)
Here's a note from a Census worker -- this one from Manhattan:
"John: I am on my fourth rehire with the 2010 Census.
"I have been hired, trained for a week, given a few hours of work, then laid off. So my unemployed self now counts for four new jobs.
"I have been paid more to train all four times than I have been paid to actually produce results. These are my tax dollars and your tax dollars at work.
"A few months ago I was trained for three days and offered five hours of work counting the homeless. Now, I am knocking (on) doors trying to find the people that have not returned their Census forms. I worked the 2000 Census. It was a far more organized venture.
"Have to run and meet my crew leader, even though with this rain I did not work today. So I can put in a pay sheet for the hour or hour and a half this meeting will take. Sincerely, C.M."
And here's another:
"John: I worked for (Census) and I was paid $18.75 (an hour) just like Ms. Naomi Cohn from your article.
"I worked for about six weeks or so and I picked the hours I wanted to work. I was checking the work of others. While I was classifying addresses, another junior supervisor was checking my work.
"In short, we had a "checkers checking checkers" quality control. I was eventually let go and was told all the work was finished when, in fact, other people were being trained for the same assignment(s).
"I was re-hired about eight months later and was informed that I would have to go through one week of additional training.
"On the third day of training, I got sick and visited my doctor. I called my supervisor and asked how I can make up the class. She informed me that I was 'terminated.' She elaborated that she had to terminate three other people for being five minutes late to class.
"I did get two days' pay and I am sure the 'late people' got paid also. I think you would concur that this is an expensive way to attempt to control sickness plus lateness. I am totally convinced that the Census work could be very easily done by the US Postal Service.
"When I was trying to look for an address or had a question about a building, I would ask the postman on the beat. They knew the history of the route and can expand in detail who moved in or out etc. I have found it interesting that if someone works one hour, they are included in the labor statistics as a new job being full.
"I am not surprised that you can't get any answers from Census staff; I found there were very few people who knew the big picture. M.G."
When I received my Census form in the mail, I filled it out. Nobody had to knock on my door.
I answered truthfully about the number of people living in my household. But I could have just as easily dou bled the number. Why not? Didn't Census ad vertisements imply that my community would get more federal money if the popula tion were larger?
I'm glad people are finding work with the Census. For some it's the only work they have had this year and the chump change they are making for a few hours' work is a godsend.
But wasting taxpayers' money on busywork isn't going to do much for the economy. john.crudele@nypost.com

Money is the Root of All Evil????

Have heard so many say "Money is the Root of All Evil."
But then he adds "Don't we as Families, Individuals, etc. need M-O-N-E-Y to Survive?? As in heading, Greed is the Root of All Evil. To quote and advertisement "It is My Money and I want it know.

I am continuously asking everyone to look at ALL the concerns that effect them and their families. One way I have been doing this is to try to give links on our nfpcar.org website. We need answers and we, as an individual are the ones to do this. Fraud is rampart in so many of our Government and Big Business. One, of many examples, is here in CA where a group of Dr.s and nurses were caught in a Medicaid Fraud Scam = $60 Million. (Now times that times 50).

In an earlier post I gave another agency we may want to give facts to.. ie GAO. Also here are other agencies. Please note, the more they hear from individuals, the more likely they are to react to the concerns.

Racial Profiling ~ Look at the Whole Picture

Group Project: Don't Fill Out the US Census
A few days ago, I returned from FL, I had a census taker coming to my door.. At this point, I refuse to fill in the questionnaire... ie Key Word>>>>>; Racial Profiling... Not to mention I feel our Laws are in Conflict.

In addition, it will be good practice for all of us to use the Principles of "Creating Your Law Book"  found in "Standing in the Shadow of the Law", currently free for all to use (Link: http://nfpcar.org/Shadow/6/indexprint.htm )

So here is a simple Legal Order, according to the Census Bureau's handout:
  1. "Your are required by Law to provide the information requested."
  2. According to US Code Title 13 (Section 9, 141, 193, 214, 221); and Title 44 (Sec. 2108); www.census.gov/2010census
  3. Why do we need Census? "We need to count people whey they live and sleep most of the time."
My Answer: We are a multigenerational family with 7 members in our household. But recently Grand Ma passed and we now have 6.

So he asks, doesn't this meet the requirements of #3????

So group, for those who want to take the challenge, help me get "my ducks in line" (unlegal definition of organizing you case) to respond to the census bureau, or else GranPa Chuck may be in Fed Prision...

Tell Attorney General Holder to Keep His Hands Off the Miranda Rule

In the wake of the attempted bombing in Times Square in May 2010—as after other terrorism attempts—there have been misguided calls to weaken our constitutional rights, including a call to loosen the Miranda rule.

Last week, Attorney General Eric Holder told the House Judiciary Committee that the administration wants to "modernize" and "clarify" Miranda warnings for terrorism suspects. Miranda warnings—ruled by the U.S. Supreme Court to be a constitutional right—are used to inform suspects of their rights during interrogation.

There is no evidence that the Miranda requirement has obstructed the government from obtaining valuable information and intelligence from suspected terrorists.

Both Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, who was caught on a Detroit-bound plane with explosives in his underwear, and Faisal Shahzad, arrested for trying to bomb Times Square with a car full of explosives, were caught, questioned, and Mirandized. Crucially, both cooperated with law enforcement authorities both before and after they were read their Miranda rights.

The ACLU thinks changes to Miranda are both threatening to our criminal justice system and entirely unnecessary. This week, we sent a letter to Holder asking him to leave Miranda alone. And we're not the only ones who think this is a bad idea; three former FBI agents also sent a letter to Holder, writing:

"As professional interrogators who have spent decades questioning accused criminals—including spies and terrorists—we are writing to make clear that interrogators can do their job using the existing Miranda rules. No changes are necessary. In fact, changes might do more harm than good."

>> Take action: Send a message to Attorney General Holder. Tell him to keep his hands off the Miranda rule!

Empty Nest Syndrome~The Rest of the Story

This is part of a Series of Continual developing parts that many may want to follow.
May you find Strength in Your Higher Power,
GranPa Chuck
````````````````````````
Empty Nesters
Part 1 ~ Part 2
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Part 1 - Empty Nest Syndrome
Frequently we become aware of alarming situations that need opened up for discussion. The title of this series of articles, from the term "Empty Nest Syndrome", we are exposing one of those dangerous situations.  Someone needs to speak up on this issue.
Parents, who have raised their children, find they are suddenly feeling alone, senior citizens suffering from a sense of loneliness, who are at this time in their lives vulnerable to the advertising they see on television, in magazines across the country, Arizona too.  In these ads we listen to pleas for help, possibly even seeing the faces of helpless child (ren), in need of love and someone to hold them.Mature Americans are extremely country oriented;  usually responding to our State or Nations call for assistance. Bombarded with advertising using words like "empty nesters" we start thinking that we successfully raised our own children and this ad seems to understand that.   Missing your children that filled your homes with laughter, the challenges of parenthood, this loneliness is our vulnerability to someone wishing to fill your home for you.
Possibly, your living on a very tight fixed income, most find themselves challenged in this tight pressed economy, and your thinking about maybe supplementing your small income by doing something that you would want to do anyway, even helping a child at the same time.  Thoughts of children to care for again, filling these empty beds, filling these empty rooms with children who so desperately need someone.  You are needed after all! T his is exactly what this advertising is designed by experts to do.
  • These ads make you feel like contributing again....your a loving person; you can still be useful to someone, your not too old to do it again.  Are any of these thoughts sounding familiar to you?
These thoughts are what make you vulnerable to a system that desperately needs foster parents.  The ads that are running are very convincing, even enticing, as all advertising is; that is what makes us all buy into their sales pitches. However, what about warnings on other advertising campaigns, do you see any on these?  How many people would buy into their programs if there were warnings? Read on!

Part 2 - Empty Nest Syndrome

In part one of this article we were exploring the need for foster parents and the advertising seen stating this need, Arizona needs foster parents too. However, how many warnings have you seen following these ads?  Yes, the need is real, but should senior citizens come to the rescue?
Your early warning system is being activated in this article.
  • Beware of becoming a foster parent.  We understand that you are well intentioned however, there are things you need to be made aware of; one is the hurricane that can follow, storms that the advertising does not warn you about.
The agency will not tell you anything about the child (ren) that you are taking into your home because of the "Privacy Act". Social workers and agencies cannot inform you of these things. Many of these precious children are dealing with severe emotional and/or physical damage, and even medically challenged in other capacities.  You will have behavioral problems that you simply may not be up to, or want to deal with.
You are capable; it is not you, but the broken system, that is found incapable. The children that you would be dealing with have been traumatized, ripped out of their homes, (their biological parents homes), moved from one foster home to another, and as a result can be emotionally damaged.
You can however, assist in many other ways.  Number one educate yourself on the Foster Care System, become informed.  If you desire to help in this arena, do not allow yourself to be vulnerable to these enticing advertisements.  The source of information and an educational website is nfpcar.org
